I have always been passionate about business and people. After graduating with master’s degree in economy and finance, I was interested to understand what makes big companies successful, and why some teams achieve success quicker than others, and are able to sustain that success over the long term? For ten years I have been working in corporate finance for market leaders such as HP, Abbott and ERT. I have learned that, if you want to be competitive, you need to work SMART and perform at high level for longer periods. During that time I was leading many international teams and financial projects, related to product and market development. For five years I’m living and working in Germany.
